ORDER CANCELLATION

In the event that you wish to cancel an order, we offer a refund only if an order is cancelled prior to the earlier of: (a) one (1) hour after the time the order is placed, or (b) the time the order is prepared for outbound delivery. All requests for order cancellation must be made via email to order@sleepywinks.com with the subject header “CANCEL ORDER”, and containing the order reference number, and such other information which we may further require from you. Such email must be sent to us from the same email address you used to place your order.

 

REFUND          

Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final.

However, in the unlikely event that the product is physically damaged during transit we will be happy to offer you a replacement product, or a full refund, subject to the following conditions and process:

  • That you promptly email us at order@sleepywinks.com with the necessary information, including, (a) you specifying with reasonable details, including photographs, the way in which the product is alleged to be damaged, and (b) you providing us with the order reference number, the order tracking information, and such other information which we may require; and
  • Upon our confirmation that physical damage to the Product is caused by factors outside your control, your order will be eligible for a refund or a replacement at our sole discretion; and
  • In the event we choose to, you agree to return the damaged Product to us according to the instructions we will provide to you (However, please DO NOT return any product without contacting us first for specific instructions); and
  • Such offer for a replacement or a refund is only valid within 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

We are unable to offer a refund if a shipment is being returned to the outbound delivery location, or being undelivered, as a result of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
